Your local Yale dealer should be able to handle it from that model/serial number.

What engine is in the truck ?.
If v6 vortec , you need to change the 2 starter bolts when you change the starter
Some have a rear mounted bracket to support the starter.
The starter is known to kick ,break a mounting bolt and eat the ring gear as a trade off.

You can't tell from the model number alone. You need the serial number. Any Yale/Hyster dealer can get you the starter from the serial number.

Fact of the week
The word "okay" (or its abbreviation "OK") originated as a humorous misspelling. In the 1830s, a fad in Boston involved using abbreviations of intentionally misspelled phrases. "OK" stood for "oll korrect," a playful mispronunciation of "all correct".
