Hello,
Those wires are control and communkcation cable(Can bus). They are quite expensive (I believe 500€+) and usually on backorder. To change them is quite easy, you can use jumper cables to directly power lift pump to raise the platform, then use cable guide to bush new cable in. Cables usually break when plastic wrap and cardboard is recklessly thrown under the lift.

There are door pushpins under the platform that enable opening doors only at lowest lift level. So make sure lift is not stuck and can reach down(there's override buttons at fron of machine next to emergency stop buttons)
It drives slowly be cause doors are not in correct position.
