Will not key on, good fuel cell / battery

Crown RM6000S

Zebra tablet and scan gun gets power from fuel cell/ battery,butt infolink and access 1 will not power up, even when we can1 bypass infolink, acess1 will still not key on either.

Found that one of the blue 15 amp mini blade fuse was blown. (In the block fuse near access 1)
