This problem was 2 fold. The circuit board was initially bad, causing the customer to call out a different technician before me. That tech tried to replace the mini levers, and assumed that it still did not work because he didn't have the calibration software. After replacing my circuit board I was able to lift/lower and tilt only during calibration, any other time I still had "hydraulic interlock return to neutral". I found that the Aux mini lever he had purchased was defective, after replacing it worked again. Thanks!
First, which circuit board did you replace, MLM? If so make sure all the connections are correct on the new board. If you replaced the VSM, then you will need to have it programmed for the lift. Try holding the lever in the raise or lower position and see if the dash clears. A you may have a failed lever, would swap with another if it is the same to be sure, not cheep. You can check the lever function through the hydraulic functions in the dash menu if you have access to it. Good Luck
