Steering

Have an older electric 5FBCU15 machine. Steering cylinder was leaking badly.
Took it off and sent out to hydraulic shop for repair. Got it back and reinstalled.
Steering radius is not very tight now. Wheels only turn about half as far as previously. Thoughts? should it be bled? thanks
