TRUCK LOSES ACCELERATION

Hi. my name is Hector, could anyone help please. I have a Hyundai model 25LC-7A that loses acceleration sudently and then regains full acceleration if the accelerator pedal is kept depessed. check engine litgh stays on. accelerator pedal with new sensor as a unit replaced. same problem. any way to get trouble codes from ecu without software? any help will be greattly appreciated. thanks. by the way its a lpg truck.
