Any Model Info

I inherited a Hyster Forklift The Serial number plate says A3D 3681D. I believe it is a 1960 model year. It has a Gas inline 4 Flathead engine converted to propane. The wiring is in shambles. (a Mess) Anything anyone can tell me would be of help!
