What is error code 4123.11
We have no drive sometimes

that does not look like an error code, it looks more like an hour meter reading.
usually when the logic errors out and throws a fault it will show a code (no decimal) and a pict-o-graph (icon) on the display lit up associated with which system is faulting and a short description of what the fault is. (this is only during active faults) so if the fault triggers and then drops out it may only display for a short time. In such cases where the drive cuts out but then comes back. The fault will only be present on the display during the active fault condition.
If you can gain access to the fault history you may see what the last few faults are, the logic stores several in it's history along with the hour meter and possibly the date and BDI SOC when it happened.
