Need help with Yale codes 16913 and 13058

When we turn on the machine code 16913 comes on and we can operate the machine for about 20 seconds until code 13058 shows up and cuts out the machine. Thanks for any help!

We also have a forklift doing the same thing. Codes that come up are 16912,16913,16914 and 13058. The forklift will run slowly but if you accelerate hard it will cut out and throw the different codes. Always on start up, code 16914 comes up.
Any help is appreciated.
