Discussion:
BDI blinking on full charge, slow travel

I've been dealing with this WAV for a couple weeks now. Battery and Wrench indicators only blink. No error codes, no low voltage errors in history. I'm getting 25.4 V across batteries, and on handset, after full charge. I've swapped ED-B contactor assembly, nothing. The unit will try to drive after hands and feet (driving lights flash as intended), but unit only moves extremely slow before it shuts down on its own. Please help.

25.4 is not enough to reset the BDI.
Check your batteries individually, swap to base and hook your meter up and raise the platform your voltage is going to drop that is why it's cutting off.

Plug the unit in to charge for a few minutes, this will raise the static voltage into the range the controller requires to reset the BDI. If the charger goes green, immediately unplug charger from wall and key on the unit. You should see the display now showing a full charge. and should travel at normal speed
