We have the latest AC model Yale end-rider, unfortunately it is displaying the error code CO33056 and will not work. What is wrong?

really look hard at the connections under that are above the controller.get some longnose pliers and pull on the indidual wires in the back of the connections.i,ve been driven mad by these trucks cables look ok but are broken inside the sheath.it,s the way the trucks were put together ,all the weight of the harness is hanging on a single cable.

Hello yellowfin

I guess the Controller cannot establish CAN communication with the steer handle card.

The symphtomps would be the following: Traction and hydraulic systems not operate.

I am from Europe and as long as I know some of the truck are different here, but I guess the error code should mean the same. Anyway here it looks like this MPE060F (B896). I hope that is your truck.

Check the connection between the steer handle card and the traction controller. If you have a chance and a spare steer handle card or traction controller just replace it and try it.

I hope it helps.

Good luck
