can an old timer help identify this Yale

I have an old yale we just took possession of on a trade. Its the 1st trucks that yale came out w/ in the 70's w/ the Japanese mazda (UA I think). I would like to have a model #...... s/n is N4014 79 COS 4119. Some research suggests it could possibly be a GC020CB
