Forklift running on slow speed only, all other functions are ok
snail button working, no red indication, no error message.
Kindly help me to sort out this issue.

Hi. Did you trace the thermal circuit wires back to the interface card? For TEST purposes only you can link out the points on the interface card.
Jack up truck and test if both wheels are turning at the same speed. If they are its unlikely both encoders are faulty so that would eliminate that as a possibility.
Also begin with recalibration of foot pedal.
You now you have 2 motors?
Its not good that red indication is always on.

Checked the traction motor Thermistor value is showing 49 to 51 ohms. Now Error 40 is not showing, But Motor over temperature red indication always on. still its running slow speed.
Traced the thermistor connection wiring, found all are normal.
40= overtemperature traction motor,
check wires and temp.sensor

Checked the sensor bearings, i didn't find any problem on the bearings, even then changed with new bearings. But the problem not yet solved. Machine running on slow speed only.
some time Error 0040 is coming on the dash.
I checked the dashboard, i think you can change the settings on the right side of the dash.
If it drives really slow, more like 1 meter a minut then the sensorbearings good be broken.

This problem happened suddenly while running,
waiting for your further advise.
Maybe somebody changed the driver settings on the dash,(driver 1/driver2/......)
Need serialnumber to see what type of dashboard you have.
