Errors F50, F52, F55, F57

Dear Srs, I have a problem on a Caterpillar DP25N- ET18C-51180.
We are rebuilding the machine and changed the old controller as joysticks for new ones.
With new ald old controler it shows the errors F50, F52, F55 and F57 related to lift and tilt solenoids. I´v checked the solenoids and they are ok and works withd direct current.
Is it necessary the dignostic cable and Uptime program to solve it? Did somebody had this trouble?
Thank you very much for any help.

Showing items 1 - 1 of 1 results.
F50 - Lift UP solenoid error
F52 - Lift DN solenoid error
F55 - Tilt FW solenoid error
F57 - Tilt BW solenoid error

In all cases there are harness connection checks, check all your connections, plugs etc.
Look for inline diodes and check those also, or if there is a diode board inline check the diode board.

Also it does not mention this but i would also check the seat switch, in most cases if the seat switch does not activate it will not allow the hydraulic functions work and if you select a hydraulic function while in this condition it will more than likely show an error.
