Nissan H20 Starts but turns off as soon has the Accelerator is released

Hi I was wondering if any Nissan H20 experts can help me.

I have a Komatsu FG30-8 1996 forklift. I have changed Spark-plugs , Distributor cap and spark-plug leads. I have also cleaned the carburetor with carburetor cleaner spray.

The Engine starts as long as the accelerator is pressed and revs but as soon as you let go of the accelerator it turns off.

Any help in this regard would be very much appreciated.

Many Thanks in Advance
