Code 8L

If you are having an intermittent code 8L make sure to check the wires and the connection where the brake assembly plugs into the units wire harness at the top of the drive motor. The plastic ties are set very tight from the factory and either cut in to the wires or plug the wire from the solderless pin.

Recently had the code 8L but it was not for as broken wire. The brake coil is supposed to OHM out at 9 to 10 OHM's but I had 0. Installed new brake assembly to solve the issue.
