FIAT - PIMESPO THESI 16 / 6050

Hi Guys.
I have the above Truck and over the weekend a leak appeared in the warehouse roof and the truck got soaked.
I switched it on and the lights were different to usual and I called engineer.
He took her apart and dried the electrics.
The mast is fine, no issues but when you try to drive forward or back it clicks like its about to kick into action but just jolts you for a second maybe 8 inches. Every time you hit the pedal that's what it does.
The engineer changed the board and it still does the same. He has run out of idea's. Has anyone got anything to help me..Please
