FIT30068

Operators say the pallet truck was running earlier except for not being able to lift. Now it won't do any motions. When a motion is attempted, there is a beeping and the red light comes in. Display reads FIT30068. Does anyone know a meaning of this code or any potential causes? Thanks!

normally when these units give an error it usually shows an AL code not what you are saying. This FIT30068 may be something else like a software or controller firmware number or something.

When you turn the key on watch the display and record everything it shows from the time you turn it on till it finishes and starts beeping.

From your description of the symptom it sounds like your batteries might be discharged since you said it wouldn't lift but would drive.
When you try to charge the lift look on the charger and see what the LED's are showing. Usually if there is a charging issue the LED's will show a blinking code or a specific pattern on how they light up. Get a volt meter and check the batteries voltage. Should show above 24v across all of them, each battery should read above 6.0v. Fully charged the battery pack should be reading about 25+ volts.

The word "okay" (or its abbreviation "OK") originated as a humorous misspelling. In the 1830s, a fad in Boston involved using abbreviations of intentionally misspelled phrases. "OK" stood for "oll korrect," a playful mispronunciation of "all correct".
