Steering is hard

Serial number K160N03473L
Any ideas on why this feels like it has manual steering? The lift has hydraulic steering and all of my other hydraulic functions operate well. Any ideas on what to check would be greatly appreciated.

Priority valve is in the inlet section of the main hydraulic control valve.

I am getting zero pressure out of it. It is also difficult to steer when i put it up in the air. Is the priority valve part of the steering control unit?

First thing is a pressure check. Your problem could be in the priority valve or in the steering control unit. It could also be a mechanical problem in the steer trunnion.
