ERROR 3154

Can any one help with error 3154 on ETM 216. The machine completes self test but trips immediately after that. The dead man pedal icon on display lights up even if pressed. Drive wheel position sensor has been replaced with new one , steering sensor also replaced with good one from working machine. Please i need help as a matter of urgency. Thanks in anticipation
