Crown Fourth Hyd Valve activation

Hi I have a crown RC5545-40
it has a fourth valve and hoses already run thru the mast I want to use it for a slip sheeter, I have it hooked up but cannot get it to operate, does this need to be turned on in the computer?

haven't worked on too many of these nor done this particular thing to one so maybe theres a crown guy here that can answer this for certain.
