Good morning gentleman, been holding off asking for advise till we finished comprehensive check...this is ECS 7fgu30 which had many small problems which we corrected-new ECS module, relays, broken or rubbed thru wires and plug ends, new regulator, tps and POT, cleaned TB and mixer however after all that we can get rid of small flutter at idle...we adjusted regulator for best possible idle...2 more symptoms: It runs and idles perfect while cold and during warmup for first 15-20 minutes before flutter shows up AND regulator feels unusually hot even with temp gage in normal operating area...any expert help would be appreciated...thanks in advance
