The Materials Handling market is about to change. With only around six or seven of the world's manufactures serving. With in the next 10 years most warehouse will be completely different Companies like KION of China DAMATIC or TOYOTA of Japan VANDERLANDE will dominate the warehouse business with hole turnkey products. Pallet trucks, reach trucks VNA truck will all be replaced with automated equipment.
Counter balance forklift sales will also decline and be replaced with complete handling systems that will be able to move products around a facility with out the need of an operator. Out side the facility there will also be big changes Both Diesel and electric forklifts will be replaced with 100% zero emission products that will have much longer ranges then electric forklifts and will be able to handle loads up to 72,000kg while being 100% zero emission. Companies Like Hyster who have backed Hydrogen to the tune of up to $260 million investment will see this disappear as hydrogen forklifts wont be able to compete with the new technologies that will offer lower cost's ,no need for high pressure systems ,be less explosive and more cost effective than hydrogen.

Dazzlin dave: We will also forget about you in all due time, Seeing any colors yet?
The truck will be released in the fourth quarter and people will be able to see it, As for Hyster going bust i don't think they will be on their own, i believe the forklift OEM's will consolidate and their will be around four top OEM's plus Heli and Hangch from China. A lot of OEM's will go or be taken over by the main three big companies Toyota, KION and Mitubishi Logisnext. The other big group will be Crown with Dossan and Hyundai. In big truck over 10,000kg there will be only Kalmar, Kone and Sany
When the 4th quarter comes out, we will all be told the truck is released. When asked to see the proof, we will get the same old "the people who need to see it already have" (a claim he has made in the past) There will be no proof other that Exalt's word, because he will be keeping it under double secret lock down to keep the Chinese from stealing his super great idea (a claim he has made in the past). There will be of course claims that the super truck is cleaning up the air everywhere that is has been sold with it's super zero emissions (again, another claim from the past). Not the mention the obvious repetitive claim that Hyster will be going out of business (the claim he continually makes hoping to someday be right). Come the 4th quarter, we will just get more lies. They may change slightly, but they will still be lies (the only thing true in this whole tale).
Well to say you claim to have forgotten more than we have ever known, Your Alzheimer's must be kicking in
Triumprider I have to say your last post is the best one yet.
Dazzlin Dave,Have you ever thought about putting down the crack pipe and maybe dropping a couple of hits of really good acid instead?
You wrote this before covid19. Think again. After the dust settles, people might be back to stone age, hand-bombing products. Oh yeah, the only thing you got right was 'it's going to change"
Dave until you truck exists you cannot do anything pal. How many years have we been hearing of this wonder-truck?? How many times have you said when it will be unveiled??? Quite a few pal and until it is you've got nothing.
We are the only company that can do all this at Zero emission, there a couple of other manufactures i know off plus some Chinese manufactures that can do 16,000kg at 1,200 LC at Zero Emission, But they can't mach us on productivity, efficiency and range
like i've said all along
your words "and do all this at under 20kg of CO2 per hour"
and you keeps saying over and over "ZERO EMISSIONS"
Thats NOT ZERO emissions mister :oP
lol
Answer to Exalteze quize: The Batmobile's Big Brother.
Not yours as I'd doesn't exist!
There are some people on this platform that claim to have forgotten more than we have ether known, So if you are such experts on the industry. You will be able to tell me which truck at 16,000kg and 1200 lc can do the following.
Have a service weight of under 22,000kg, have a overall length of under 7,150mm, have a turning radius under 4,750mm, Can travel at 30Kmh, can lift loaded at 0.50 m/s and do all this at under 20kg of CO2 per hour
Didn't miss anything you wrote. Simply posted what you said on two different dates about one month apart. a "will be' statement and "we are looking" at statement. The " will be" is very definitive statement on teh other hand the" looking at' comment is a wishy washy statement.
Possibly you can't recall that far back or it is a case of the convenient memory lose syndrome.
The definition of wishy wishy is someone or something uncertain, indecisive and wavering, or someone who cannot make up his mind. An example of a wishy washy person is someone who says yes to an invitation, and then no, and then that he will think about it
The finer points are to with the engine and the ammonia system. We will be the only company that will be able to offer 100% zero emission, with the range and performance equal and better than a diesel truck. The new Exalt V range will outperform, be more efficient, be more drivable, be back in service quicker and other longer truck life than any other truck in the same lift category.
All Diesel 16,000kg truck will produce a minimum of 21.44kg of CO2 per hour, Zero Emission Electric trucks at the same weight will have a range of only 6.5 hours and when their battery gets to 25% or bellow they lose 75% of their performance. The V range will be the only 100% Zero emission truck that can run for 15 hours then can be refuel in less than 10 min.
Just in case you missed it here is what i have said
We are looking at the FOURTH QUARTER OF THIS YEAR. We are still able to do some work on the finer parts and the major parts are all done.
On Feb. 26 of this year the exalted one positively stated this "the truck 'will be' out in the fourth Quarter of this year"
Now he states "we are looking at the quarter". Sounds like he is "crawfishing" on his previous statement.
given the amount of time you've been promoting this wonderbread machine you'd think you guys have had plenty of time to iron out the 'finer' parts. In fact you've had enough time to redesign the truck multiple times and run test trials as well.
Why do you keep stalling? I think we already know. Most of us have been in this business for decades and can recognize a con when we see one.
You know VW tried this with their engine outputs and got caught fudging the numbers.
Your consistent stalling isn't helping your credibility much, you do realize this don't you?
A smart person would keep their mouth shut and just build the truck and then bring it out at the next tradeshow and reveal it. THATS usually how it's done ya know. ;o)
We are looking at the fourth quarter of this year. We are still able to do some work on the finer parts and the major parts are all done.
4th quarter which year Dave as it's not like we haven't heard this before
yaa sure..its going very bad impact on..the economy and all thats..
