the lift can't make it's autoself test

Hello i have a problem with my 5500

When i turn on the Key switch, the error key is immediately showing.

It's impossible to go on the service menu and nothing are writen on display.

I look at acces 7 led,the indicator led flashing code 7410 but i can't

find this code on anyplace.

Upon start up, the truck will go through a sytem test, checking all switches, voltage etc. you may have a pedal switch on, multi function handle with fwd/ rev thumb control or any reading out of tolerance that will stop you going into service menu. Of course check batt voltage from batt to contactor, also while turning key on, fuses can read ok, but fail under load.
