Upon start up, the truck will go through a sytem test, checking all switches, voltage etc. you may have a pedal switch on, multi function handle with fwd/ rev thumb control or any reading out of tolerance that will stop you going into service menu. Of course check batt voltage from batt to contactor, also while turning key on, fuses can read ok, but fail under load.
