Hyster H135XL:
T40 Transmisson Issue

It is a High and low powershift Trans. I Has been Rebuilt performs Great in reverse High and Low and in Low forward. In High Forward it works about every 10 times, it pulls good when it goes in but does nothing at all most of the time. Help Please!!

It does have a mechanical range spool. I took pressure test at port in the center of the control valve. It was only 55 psi at all positions. High forward was the same but did not engage.

If this has a mechanical range spool it needs to be checked, I would think the problem is internal due to the fact that it works correctly in reverse. You did not say if you ran pressure checks. I would run pressure checks and see what you get.
