Surging / Stopping

Requesting forward or reverse, machine surges hard several times then stops completely and won't do anything. Reset key and does it again, repeat.

Yes sir if it has the EV100 control system, I would check the capacitor, when they go bad this will happen.

I work on Turret trucks..
replaced control card, but now the other machine is stuck with the problem... So the problem transferred to this machine when I Swapped the control card, I replaced the control card, and it still has the problem. I'am beginning to really hate crown forklifts.

swapped control cards with sister machine, problem is gone but now on other machine so it will need a control card
