Cat Lift Trucks (& Caterpillar) EP25K:
Steering Groan

Have a Cat EC25KL-A3EC2, when you turn the wheel there is a loud groan that comes from the steering column.
inspected the motor and pump and they seem don't seem to put out any sort of vibration, and it seems to really be coming from the steering column. the unit steers and functions fine, no codes, just a loud groan. haven't found any where in the service manual about loud steering, does this sound like a bad orbital? fluid is clean, and full. possible stuck check valve?
