Manitou TMT55 HT T4:
stabilizer jacks/down riggers

Stabilizer jacks/down riggers will not activate.
Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. The hydraulic pump activates every time I work the lever but they extend less than half the time.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
