Every on the machine is working perfectly well, except that It is moving on a snail motion.
The reach in/out sensor is working well, can somebody tell me what this problem could be?

Hello Juma, did you find a did for this issue? I have the same issue with an EFG 430,every thing works fine except that the machine moves in slow speed with snail icon and event message 0643.

Yes I have checked all the settings on the display cluster, and I have even tried to press the snail button yet the equipment still behave in the same way.
Have you check the 1 thru 5 settings on the dash display?
