Sinking Mast

I have an old Crown 15B lift. The mast sinks. Should I look at the valve 1st or pull out the mast and put in new seals?

The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
