Take it someone ordered the new card without software from the parts book then?

If the old card is still available, ask nicely & the BT / Toyota tech can copy all the parameters & hour meter readings of it & them squirt them in to the new card.
The old card would need to be plugged back on to the truck so tiller head will have to be removed, takes a minute.

If its showing "tESt" on the display then the card is NOT programed with any truck firmware!

The card is basically blank, it need's a BT / Toyota technician & Truck Com to download the correct truck firmware on to the card before you can even think about programing any parameters.

Its just a BT LPE 200 with Toyota sticker's on.

I take it the new tiller card has the truck software already installed?
