WE HAVE A HYSTER S50XL THAT WILL NOT START LP WILL START AND RUN IF SPRAYED WITH STARTING FLUID COMPRESSION GOOD HAS GOOD SPARK LP REGULATOR NEW VACUUM LOCK OFF NEWER HAS 11LBS MANIFOLD VACUUM TO LOCK OFF IF CAN GET STARTED ON LP WILL ONLY RUN FOR 30 SECONDS TO 1 MIN IF SPRAY WITH STARTING FLUID WILL STAY RUNNING ANY IDEAS THANKS

Sounds like the LP converter is sludged up. That's after the lockoff.
LP gas is real bad about clogging all the passages in the converter. They can be disassembled and cleaned. But it is a pain in the a**.
I usually replaced them and let the old one soak in a can of Berrymans for a few days before rebuilding it as a spare.
Sounds like you may have a fuel restriction between the tank and the lock off. If it has a bulkhead filter (domed shaped thing about the size of a golf ball) in the line from the tank, that may plugged up. Turn the tank off, drain the fuel from the hose and look in there. Also make sure the hose fitting that connects to the tank is on all the way and does not have an extra rubber washer stuck in there.
