Discussion:
RR5200S code 814

Hey I have Crown RR5200S that has a code 814 come up. I found the HGTRS switch on the carriage wasn't closing when in free lift stage so replaced it. Still the code comes back. Is their a calibration for the height encoders cause I can't seem to find where its at?

I did a comparison with another reach truck same model. The encoder is at 127 counts the whole time in free lift stage until it hits the second stage then it starts counting down.

II don't believe so, you could check the encoder wheel to make sure its tight on the mast

I checked the ECR2 in the Analyzer on A2.19. Well the encoder starts counting and gets not even 2 counts then stops until it reaches the second stage. Then it counts just fine afterwards. Where's this encoder even at on the mast cause I'm not seeing one on the carriage anywhere?

Might check your height encoder and make sure that it's counting
