RL2 relay

Last night our worker forgot the ignition key open position,
Now,
when turn on the ignition , RL2 relay makes noise (zrrrrrrr).
When try to crank motor, Hydraulic Interlock error appears and forklift doesn't works
When turn off the ignition another brrr noise Come from near the right side of transmission

I change RL2 relay with another, but still noise resume,
help an idea please?

Today I checked battery voltage it was 11,5 volt, I changed the battery and problem solved. Relays noise cause from low voltage.
