Discussion:
Reverse travel intermittent

Hi, working on a Sumitomo-Yale with a Nichiyu controller. Repaired wiring and blown transistor and replaced dead cmos battery. Everything works fine except reverse is quirky. The contactor clicks on and the buzzer sounds but there is no travel. If I give it a little accelerator before moving the lever into reverse it will usually work. I'm sure it's just an adjustment but not sure where to start. Ideas ?

The black box flight recorder was invented by Australian scientist David Warren in the mid-1950s. While initially met with indifference in Australia, his invention gained international recognition, particularly in the UK, and is now a mandatory piece of safety equipment on all commercial aircraft.
