I bought a battery and they sent the battery with the polarity reversed. It got hooked up and no the horn goes off non stop with power hooked up but i get no reponse from any other light or screen on the forklift. Is their reverse polarity reset or did my forklift just get ruined. Id love any help please and thankyou.

Go after battery manufacturer for all costs associated
Could have caused explosion or fire in your facility

So yeah just an update. After hooking it up correctly nothing happened. I caved and had a toyota tech come look at it. It fried the 2 main cards and the display card. It turns out they do not have any protection on this model. I have a company repairing the boards now. it actually blew 3 mosfets out on the one board. The other 2 were in cased but you could smell them. They had let out the magic smoke. Thanks for your help. For anyone reading this i can only stress if you buy a battery. double check the battery cables are hooked up to the correct terminals, not just looking at the color.
