Reverse is slow

Forklift operates just fine going forward, but it has slowed to a crawl in reverse.

You'll have to get access to the onboard diagnostic functions to check or test inputs/outputs. I don't believe that travel speed limits can be selected by direction. Might be a calibration issue of or a failing travel pot.
