I believe that model had the GE C185 panel. You will need a troubleshooting chart for the C185 control. Problem could be a lot of things.

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
