Your first issue would be that you list the model number of a 3 wheel sit down rider, and your description states "Reach truck is not working". This would suggest you probably need to call someone for help, not try to work on it yourself.
However, if you insist on working on it yourself, the first event message without looking it up is a steering voltage issue. I would have to look it up to get exact information, but it gets you in the general area at least. The 0181, is a probably general logic fault most likely caused by the steering issue.
