Alright so all the batteries are ok, I believe I made a simple mistake when I got the 19v reading because I'm getting 25.9v every time now.

So other than a battery or cable issue, what else would cause my wave to not power up. It will start to turn on and show the BPI screen light up, but then it shuts off immediately unless I have my hand on the handle in which case it'll stay on to show me fault 19
