I am having a issue with one of my PE4500's. While plugging in either direction the machine is jerking/hesitating just before it switches in the opposite direction. Once it is going there is no issue. So I lifted it up (and blocked it...safety first) and proceeded to go forward/reverse and it works fine, no jerking/hesitation at all. I am not getting an "ERROR" code on the display when this happens. Any and all help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead of time.
