I show that this originally came with a Prestolite distributor but it could have been replaced with a Delco. Original was Clark part number, for Prestolite, 1636495. There is company out there called Pertronix that makes a electronic distributor to replace the old Delco and Prestolite which does away with the old points and condenser style. You are going to spend some money for it but you will be further ahead.
