I know someone in California who is going thru this exact thing. It has been an unwritten rule that a mobile tech gave up 30 minutes of their time in the morning and the afternoon. After new labor laws if you are under the company control even if a mobile tech is leaving their place of residence they are to get paid. I know they are still working out the details on this.
