Ok so its a RRE 200 chassis with 2.5 ton spec mast ( BT actually fit the 2.5 ton spec mast on the RRE 200 on the higher lift spec machines )

TruckCom is used to update the software package on the RRE so you need to plug in to the machine diagnostic socket to carry out an update & you won't be able to connect unless the truck is switched off.

Please check & report back the version number of the software installed on the truck, if it doesn't end XXXXXXX - 010 then insist that the software is updated next time Toyota engineer is there.

I need to know the software version before I can advise more.
