Clark does a very thorough job of protecting their intellectual property of the "Juniper Service tool" and it requires a special usb key to be able to use. I think you will have to 'bite the bullet' and pay to have your local Clark forklift dealer come out and hook into the machine to run the "learn" procedures and diagnose the problems..
