Hello Guys, I am here because for your help.
I have a Raymond Easi Double Reach, EASI DR30TT-B model with EZ-C-05-32557 Serial and i have some problems with this forklift.
Now show the 6x fault code and don't works any hydraulic functions and when i try move the forklift to ahead or reverse, it moves sharply in reverse in the majority of the cases. When I move gently the joystick in forward position, in some cases, it goes gently to forward.
Some times it shows the code 83 and 84 with the key for service.
Do you know what is the meaning of this codes? What is your recommendation?
I think that there is a problem with the traction potentiometer calibration due for the traction problem and in some times the display shows "reset joystick to neutral position" or something like that.
I was revising and i found a short circuit with some lines of control cable, i separate the wires, and put tape.
I looked the AC controllers, the first led of hydraulic controller is blinking all time. The first led of the traction controller is on all time.
I appreciate your help
