I do this out in the field. auto parts has a ball joint service kit, looks like a big seaclamp. jack up rear of truck about 3 feet and knock out roll pins, place c- clamp on pin and use impack to push pins up. and do the same to in stall.pull steer cyl and repack and reinstall in say 4 hours
