Alot of good people with alot of experience took redundancy this time round, people are fed up with all the nonsence and bulls**t at briggs.
They certainly know how to make something simple into a big deal.
And totally pi** everyone one off in the process. ( including customers )
Its the people, not the sign above the door that makes a good company
Most engineers i know with over 20 years service in would take redundancy tomorrow if asked. How the place still runs i do not know
