Hi,Mr.Michael.
I am Moon, from China. I hope the following suggestion will hlep you.
1.To check the batter if all ok, and need suitable charge.
2.usually, the battery needs 8 hours to charge. Take our battery for example,it would divide to three steps to make sure, the charge is filled.
when after 8 hours, it can work one day, then the used battery is fine. If battery work a little time, we need to check it.
3.Usually, once a month, the battery need maintenance.

If you have other question, pls add my msn: onlymoon(at)live(at)cn
Best Regards
Moon
